Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Faculty of Canon Law at the Pontifical Urban University.

Dr. Claudio Papale (Italy, currently living in Rome) is a canon lawyer and a civil lawyer, professor of canon law at the Pontifical Urban University, and an official of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

Claudio Papale was born in Rome and is married.  He is extraordinary professor on the Faculty of Canon Law at the Pontifical Urban University and holds the title of civil advocate. Dr. Papale holds a doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Roman University of Tor Vergata and a doctorate in Canon Law from the Pontifical Urban University.  He serves as an official of the Disciplinary Section of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and as Substitute Defender of the Bond on the Regional Tribunal of Puglia. Dr. Papale presentations include Crimes against Morality” as part of the intensive course on crimes reserved to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith at the Pontifical Urban University.
