Gregorian University to Host Forum on “Discernment in the Family Sphere”

From April 23-24, the Pontifical Gregorian University will host a forum focusing on the issue of discernment in the familial sphere, especially within the context of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. .

The experience of the Pandemic confronts everyone with the need not only to defend their own and others’ health, but also to measure themselves against the unmasking of false security and the detection of the pitfalls present in relational dynamics that show the fragility and vulnerability of individuals and family life.

Five years after the publication of Pope Francis’ Apostolic Exhortation “Amoris laetitia,” the Diploma in Family Ministry faculty group would like to reflect on the experience of local churches regarding the practice of discernment in and for the lives of families, in their different seasons of planning, growth, and crisis.

On-line registration from 19/03 to 22/04 reserved only for students and professors of the Pontifical Gregorian University, in order to be able to participate in presence (up to the maximum capacity, according to the regulations for the containment of the Covid-19 epidemic).

For those who will participate through the YouTube channel of the Pontifical Gregorian University, registration is not required.
